During the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are working within our professional body, industry best practice and government guidelines; to deliver a safe and effective Sports Therapy and sports massage service.
These conditions are subject to change at any time and at short notice, which may affect our ability to offer face to face visits.
Face to face appointments are offered in the following circumstances:
Your needs cannot be met by a virtual/phone consultation
You complete and return the client screening tool, prior to a face to face visit
Your booking is made 3hrs ahead
You accept the risks of a face to face visit
You wear a face mask at all times while in the building
Your therapist will wear full PPE, including mask, eye protection/visor, gloves and an apron
You must notify us if you become unwell with symptoms or Covid-19, including a new continuous cough, high temperature or loss of taste/smell or if you have tested positive for Covid-19 within 10 days of a face to face visit.
You must consent to the release of your details to NHS track and trace or other local authority /public health organisations, as a condition of a face to face visit.
We will notify you if the therapist becomes unwell or tests positive for Covid-19, within 10 days of your visit.
